The Hamilton Base Hospital Expansion delivers a new Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit, guiding the project from early planning and funding approval through to design, procurement, and construction all within a live hospital environment.
NCS is leading the development of the Functional Design Brief and supporting the business case to secure funding for the project. The team will manage each stage of delivery, including concept, schematic, and detailed design, followed by contractor procurement and construction. With works undertaken in an operational hospital, careful planning and coordination are central to ensuring minimal disruption while delivering critical healthcare infrastructure upgrades.
