Najla Sarkis
Managing Director
Najla is the Founder and Managing Director of NCS Project Solutions. She is a proud member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, both in Australia and overseas.
Her experience ranges across multiple key sectors including health, aged care, education, government, commercial, industrial, and more.
Najla has a unique insight and ability to respond to the specific needs of different clients and does not prescribe to a “one size fits all” approach. She has a proven track record in building client relationships, providing a solutions oriented service and navigating challenging tasks to ensure the best outcome for her clients.

Tom Boulton
Project Director
Tom is a diligent Project Director who continues to successfully manage and deliver multiple projects across various sectors. Tom’s studies in engineering, design and project management have given him a well-balanced knowledge of the industry with a focus on the importance of holistic design, achieving the best possible outcomes in projects for all stakeholders.
With a particular affinity for stakeholder and contractor management, he thrives on navigating projects in delicate operational sites, and is always seeking to fully realise the potential of projects by achieving the high-level drivers of the project. Tom always ensures he adds value at every opportunity and has successfully delivered a number of projects in the health, aged care, and commercial sectors.

Pascale Sarkis
Senior Project Manager
Pascale is a Building Services Specialist with specific experience in the spheres of Building Services design and construction. Her Master’s Degree in Engineering and Project Management has helped to balance her knowledge in the industry, especially in the management of the building services components where she makes valuable contributions across multiple projects.
Pascale’s previous experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer for a specialised design and construct contractors, in Australia and overseas, accents her project management skills. She excels in achieving design efficiencies to meet client requirements as well as coordination and stakeholder management. Pascale is a keen team player with high attention to detail, making her a valuable member of any project team.

Daniel Letts
Senior Project Manager
Daniel diligently guides team members across all phases of a project’s lifecycle. His experience in project management is primarily in aged care, health, and commercial projects.
He prides himself on providing a high level of service for his clients, delivering projects at a high standard, meeting required timelines, budget constraints and stakeholder expectations.
Daniel is a hands-on operator who is well-versed in managing project teams, ensuring required results are achieved and building solid relationships with all involved in the project. His adaptability has proven advantageous, enabling him to rapidly develop new skills when required, to allow project teams to manage challenges that may arise.

Camille Jasson
Project Director
Camille is a highly accomplished Project Director with over 13 years of industry experience, specialising in healthcare infrastructure and complex project delivery. Prior to joining NCS, she held multiple leadership roles and in 2023, she was recognised as the Property Council’s Future Leader of the Year.
Camille’s project portfolio spans a wide range of sectors, giving her a diverse and adaptable skill set. Known for her forward-thinking approach, she’s passionate about leveraging technology and fostering inclusive, future-ready workplaces. A regular speaker at industry events, Camille brings strategic insight, team leadership, and a bold vision for the future of construction.

Martin Gregorc
Project Manager
Martin supports all project teams to help deliver exceptional project management services. He recently completed a Bachelor of Applied Science – Project Management (Honours) degree at RMIT University.
Martin is a highly dedicated and driven individual who can work collaboratively in teams to build and cultivate relationships. He prides himself on a commitment to top-quality workmanship and excellent client service. He has demonstrated a natural ability to make sense of challenging circumstances with his highly developed problem-solving skills and ability to identify best practices.
Martin’s motivation towards assisting the company’s operations and long-term goals solidify his value to the project team.

Ian Cheang
Project Manager
Ian is a passionate and driven project practitioner, with a proven track record supporting construction projects from conception through to completion.
Educated with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Project Management, Ian is a well-rounded, analytical, and professional team player; dedicated to achieving project success.
Ian’s local construction experience has provided the key fundamentals in building local partnerships with clients and trades, working collaboratively with contractors and consultants to ensure project benefits are reached and deliverables are met.

Tristen May
Project Manager
Tristen is a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in client-side project management roles. His background includes the construction and renovation of schools, universities, and specialised learning environments.
Tristen is committed to ensuring that educational infrastructure meets the functional and technological needs of modern education, whilst managing project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to deliver learning spaces that foster academic excellence.

James Laminski
Assistant Project Manager
James is a team player and prides himself on learning quickly, excelling in dynamic and fast-paced environments. He has strong communication skills, whether it be finding answers to a problem or sharing his opinion on a matter, James will get the job done!
His experience has allowed him to develop excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. When it comes to delivering exceptional outcomes, James is detail oriented and quick to pick up on discrepancies whether it be in the contract, payment claims or in design.

Liem Salim
Assistant Project Manager
Liem has joined NCS team as a Project Coordinator while pursuing a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) at RMIT University.
Eager to thrive and excel in every endeavour, Liem brings a proactive approach to project operations, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery. Dedicated to ensuring project success, Liem is committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of project management, leveraging skills such as meticulous attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
Liem’s adeptness in these areas makes him a valuable asset to the team, contributing to efficient project execution and overall team success in the construction industry.

Lilly Heywood
Assistant Project Manager
A skilled Junior Project Manager with a Business degree, Lilly is able to deliver projects within specified timelines and budget constraints. Proficient in coordinating project activities and administering contractual requirements, she is skilled in problem-solving and risk mitigation.
Committed to fostering positive client relationships and upholding quality and safety standards, Lilly is an effective communicator with emerging leadership skills, focused on achieving project goals.

Karam Alakklouk
Assistant Project Manager
Karam is an Assistant Project Manager with over 10 years of international experience in civil engineering, specialising in infrastructure and sustainable energy projects. Currently completing a Master’s in Engineering Management at the University of Melbourne, he brings a strategic mindset and strong technical foundation to every project he supports.
Karam has a proven track record in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards, and driving projects through both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. With a keen focus on stakeholder collaboration and sustainability, he contributes to the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes across complex project environments.

Frank Parker
Assistant Project Manager
Frank is an Assistant Project Manager with a strong foundation in construction management and a track record of successfully delivering complex projects across Australia and New Zealand. Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management (Honours) from RMIT University, he combines technical knowledge with hands-on experience in the health, leisure, and hospitality sectors.
Frank has led end-to-end project delivery, with expertise in stakeholder engagement, budgeting, tender management, and process improvement. His ability to manage consultants, engineers, and contractors has ensured regulatory compliance and design integrity across a range of high-value projects. With a keen eye for operational efficiency and a practical, safety-first approach, Frank brings a dynamic and solutions-driven energy to every project.

Kimberly Causevska
Office Manager & Leadership Team PA
Organised, driven, and people-focused, Kimberly supports every member of the team to keep the business running smoothly. Known for her efficiency, positivity, and proactive mindset, she is committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Whether supporting day-to-day executive needs or optimising office functionality, her goal is to contribute to a productive and seamless working environment.
