Templestowe Lower Childcare Centre

The 748m² development includes six learning rooms, associated indoor facilities, an 868m² outdoor play area, and supporting building and landscaping works. NCS is overseeing project delivery throughout the construction phase, including coordination between the client, tenant, builder, and consultant team, alongside programme and cost management, variation and progress claim management, and design coordination through to completion. The project has required careful management of evolving tenant requirements, late-stage design changes, and cost and programme impacts. Through structured stakeholder coordination, pricing reviews, timely instructions, and active monitoring of project variations and contingencies, NCS has supported the continued progress of internal fit-out, finishes, and external works towards Practical Completion.
