Tarneit Cerrimut Childcare Centre
The Tarneit Cerrimut Childcare Centre project delivered a purpose-built, double-storey facility designed to support up to 110 children, balancing functional planning with engaging indoor and outdoor environments.
The development incorporated a minimum 779m² of unencumbered outdoor play space, alongside a revised car parking layout and relocation of site access. Works also included the removal and reconfiguration of existing services, solar system upgrades, and significant excavation to address rock conditions, ensuring the site was optimised for both operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
