Levande Knox
The Levande Knox project involved the staged redevelopment of an operational retirement living village, delivering up to 175 new retirement living units alongside a new community hub and resident amenities.
The redevelopment included the partial demolition of existing single-storey units and the construction of a multi-stage vertical apartment development delivered across two major phases, each comprising two substages, with completion extending through to 2032. Delivered within a live retirement living environment, the project required careful staging, stakeholder coordination, and planning to minimise disruption to residents while maintaining ongoing village operations. A multidisciplinary consultant team of more than 19 consultants was engaged throughout the project, supporting the integration of modern accommodation, expanded community facilities, and improved long-term functionality designed to enhance resident lifestyle, accessibility, and social connection within the village.
