Japara Anglesea, Balmoral Grove & Elourea Refurbishment

NCS delivered the second cluster of projects under the Japara Significant Refurbishment – Phase 2 program, encompassing the Anglesea, Balmoral Grove, and Elouera Aged Care Facilities. These three sites received targeted upgrades to shared spaces, including refreshed entrances, communal areas, and external works.

This refurbishment focused on kitchen modernisation, improved common spaces, and upgraded entrances with landscaping and parking enhancements. Works were delivered in live care settings, with staging and communication strategies tailored to protect vulnerable residents and maintain service continuity.

Additional scope at Elouera further enhanced resident amenities.

Modernised kitchens and communal areas have elevated the quality of daily living and meal services for residents. Enhanced entrances and outdoor spaces have created welcoming environments, fostering community connection and wellbeing. The careful delivery approach ensured minimal disruption to sensitive user groups throughout the program.
