Japara Springvale, Scottvale & View Hills Refurbishment

NCS delivered 11 aged care upgrades across two states for Japara’s Significant Refurbishment Program – Phase 1. The Springvale, Scottvale, and View Hills facilities formed the largest cluster in the program, requiring a tightly managed approach to staging, communication, and sequencing to deliver a series of refurbishments across three co-located sites with minimal impact to residents and staff.

This project encompassed the refurbishment of three facilities: Springvale, Scottvale, and View Hills (Endeavour Hills). The scope included resident room and bathroom upgrades, communal area enhancements, kitchen modernisation, and landscaping improvements. Works were conducted in live environments, requiring strategic planning to ensure minimal disruption.

Modernised resident rooms and communal facilities improved quality of life for residents and streamlined staff operations. Care environments were upgraded to meet current standards while maintaining uninterrupted service delivery during construction.
