Japara Homestead Refurbishment
As part of the 11-site delivery under Japara’s Phase 1 Significant Refurbishment Program, NCS managed the refurbishment of the Homestead facility in Adelaide. This standalone South Australian project involved close coordination with staff and residents to deliver essential upgrades that supported a safer and more welcoming care environment, with minimal disruption to daily operations.
Located in Adelaide, South Australia, the Homestead facility underwent significant refurbishment, including resident room enhancements, bathroom upgrades, and improvements to communal spaces. The project was executed in a live environment, requiring meticulous planning to ensure resident safety and comfort throughout the construction period.
