Japara Bonbeach & Sandhurst Refurbishment

NCS delivered 11 projects across Victoria and South Australia as part of Japara Healthcare’s $20M Significant Refurbishment Program – Phase 1. The Bonbeach and Sandhurst aged care homes were delivered as a cluster under this program.

This project involved the refurbishment of two aged care facilities in Victoria. The scope encompassed resident room upgrades, bathroom renovations, enhancements to communal areas, kitchen modernisation, and landscaping improvements. Given the live operational environment, works were carefully staged to minimise disruption to residents and staff.
