Benetas Wollert
The Benetas Wollert project delivers a 108-bed premium aged care facility, designed as a series of small “house” groupings supported by communal living areas, landscaped courtyards, and resident-focused amenities to create a more personalised living environment.
The development includes public-facing spaces such as a café/provedore and hair salon, along with a rooftop activities area to support community connection and diverse resident programs. Back-of-house operations were discreetly integrated within the undercroft level, incorporating service lifts, a commercial kitchen, laundry, waste management, and staff facilities to ensure efficient functionality while maintaining a home-like setting.
