Riddell Gardens Sunbury
This project involved the comprehensive redevelopment of the Riddell Gardens Aged Care facility in Sunbury.
The scope included the demolition and refurbishment of sections of the existing facility, alongside the construction of a new building to accommodate an additional 42 residential aged care beds. Works also featured a new lift installation, upgraded kitchen facilities, and landscaped outdoor spaces to improve accessibility and amenity for residents and staff. The redevelopment was delivered in a live operational environment, ensuring continuity of care for existing residents throughout the build.
