Monash Health Level 2 Block LDA Refurbishment

Works included the refurbishment of multiple courtyard spaces to encourage recreation, relaxation, and family engagement, incorporating upgraded safety fencing, sports-friendly flooring, outdoor furniture, recreational facilities, and a therapeutic garden featuring landscaped elements and seating areas. Internal upgrades were completed across the staff room, medication room, sensory room, and a patient bedroom, including new joinery, upgraded lighting, relocated services, anti-ligature fixtures, storage improvements, and enhanced AV and sensory features. The refurbishment was carefully designed to improve patient experience, support clinical workflows, and enhance the overall functionality and safety of the facility.
