Monash Health Doveton CCU
The Monash Health Doveton Community Care Unit project is a project of upgrading across all nine residential units and the administration building, improving the rehabilitation environment, enhancing privacy, and strengthening the functionality of support services.
Works included repainting all units, upgrading bathrooms, and refurbishing shared kitchen spaces. The administration building was reconfigured into an open plan office with additional treatment areas, a kitchenette, and an accessible WC. Restumping works and termite treatment were also completed in Units 1 and 8 to address structural integrity and long-term durability.
