NCS provided local project management and quality assurance support for LA Collective, assisting in the delivery of a comprehensive refurbishment and uplift of common areas and guest accommodation within an operational hostel environment.

The engagement spanned the construction phase through to the completion of the Defects Liability Period (DLP), requiring close coordination between project stakeholders, contractors, and site operations. Working within a live accommodation setting, NCS supported the successful delivery of upgraded communal spaces and bedrooms while maintaining quality standards, minimising disruption to guests, and ensuring a smooth transition through project completion and final close-out.
