Glen Eira College
NCS was engaged by Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) to deliver the upgrade and modernisation of the operational Glen Eira College, including the expansion of facilities to accommodate an additional 250 student places in response to growing enrolment demand.
The project involved an extension to the existing main building, alongside the relocation and upgrade of key teaching areas such as IT, workshops, and Art rooms, in addition to new general learning spaces. Careful planning and coordination were required to deliver the works within a live school environment, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations while enhancing the overall learning experience and campus functionality.

Community impact
