William Cooper Justice Centre Office Refurbishment

Completed in 2017 for Court Services Victoria, this project involved the refurbishment of a three-level office space at 223 William Street, Melbourne. The upgrade focused on increasing workpoint and storage capacity while introducing modern, user-friendly, and vibrant breakout areas to enhance staff experience. The project was delivered with a budget under $5 million. National Response Centre Docklands

Delivered for Origin Energy, the NRC project involved the reconfiguration and expansion of an existing office space at 401 Docklands Drive, Docklands.  Completed in 2017 for under $1 million, the works followed a detailed Feasibility Study and included design, procurement, and construction. The refurbishment was successfully completed within a live, operational workplace, minimising disruption to day-to-day operations.
