Lilydale Aged Care Extension

This project encompassed the planning, design, and delivery of two new building extensions at the Allity Lilydale Aged Care facility. The works involved the construction of new accommodation wings to support an additional 38 beds, as well as the conversion of an existing pathology centre into functional aged care spaces. The extensions were integrated seamlessly with the existing facility, maintaining operational continuity throughout the construction phase. Upgrades were designed to meet contemporary aged care standards while fostering a homely and supportive environment for residents. Riddell Gardens Sunbury

This project involved the comprehensive redevelopment of the Riddell Gardens Aged Care facility in Sunbury. The scope included the demolition and refurbishment of sections of the existing facility, alongside the construction of a new building to accommodate an additional 42 residential aged care beds.
