This major office fitout for Origin Energy involved a comprehensive refresh of their 15,000sqm Melbourne headquarters at 321 Exhibition Street.

Completed in 2017 the project was delivered in carefully staged phases to allow work to proceed within a live, fully operational office environment. The upgraded office space supports the performance, wellbeing, and collaboration of Origin’s workforce, fostering a more efficient and engaging workplace. As a significant employer in Melbourne’s CBD, this project contributes to the city’s commercial vitality and reinforces the importance of adaptable work environments in sustaining high-performing businesses.
