St Peter’s Primary School Playground
NCS proudly managed the entire lifecycle of this exciting development, from town planning and design through to procurement and construction, as a contribution to support the school and its community.
The project included securing the necessary planning permit to enable the site’s use as part of a primary school within a Neighbourhood Residential Zone, overseeing the demolition of existing dwellings, and delivering the new oval development.
These works were undertaken pro bono, reflecting a shared commitment to investing in local education and creating lasting benefits for the broader community.
